About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team in NSW. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in a supportive and professional environment.
Essential Requirements:
- Current registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency)
- Current National Police Check
- Working with Children Check (NSW)
- Up-to-date immunization records including COVID-19 vaccination
- Evidence of right to work in Australia
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive patient care according to established nursing care plans
- Assess patients’ health conditions and monitor vital signs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Document patient information and maintain accurate medical records
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Supervise Enrolled Nurses and other healthcare workers
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Comply with infection control policies and procedures
- Respond to emergency situations as required
- Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years post-registration experience
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Computer literacy and experience with electronic medical records
- Physical capability to perform required duties
Desirable Attributes:
- Post-graduate qualifications in relevant specialty
- Experience in clinical leadership or mentoring
- Knowledge of current NSW Health policies and procedures
- Additional languages considered advantageous

Hours: Full-time/Part-time positions available Rotating roster including mornings, afternoons, and night shifts
