Position Overview

Location: Western Sydney (Parramatta, Castle Hill, Seven Hills & Penrith) Work Arrangement: Flexible – Full-time or Part-time (3-4 days) Office Options: Work from home or offices in Newington, Liverpool, or St Leonards

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy and interventions for NDIS participants, with a focus on both psychosocial disabilities and physical conditions
• Conduct comprehensive assessments including Home, ADL, and Functional Capacity evaluations
• Manage assistive technology requirements and home modifications
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation and reports
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team setting
• Manage a moderate caseload with reasonable daily targets
• Provide training and coaching to team members (Senior OT positions)

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Package

• Base Salary: $85,000-$120,000 + Superannuation (experience-based)
• Monthly Performance Bonus
• Annual Travel Allowance: $8,000 (additional travel reimbursed)

Essential Criteria

• Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
• Minimum 1-2 years clinical experience (or motivated new graduates)
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Commitment to quality service delivery

• NDIS service delivery
• Mental health background
• Previous experience in home modifications and assistive technology
