Position Overview
Location: Western Sydney (Parramatta, Castle Hill, Seven Hills & Penrith) Work Arrangement: Flexible – Full-time or Part-time (3-4 days) Office Options: Work from home or offices in Newington, Liverpool, or St Leonards
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver therapy and interventions for NDIS participants, with a focus on both psychosocial disabilities and physical conditions
- Conduct comprehensive assessments including Home, ADL, and Functional Capacity evaluations
- Manage assistive technology requirements and home modifications
- Maintain detailed clinical documentation and reports
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team setting
- Manage a moderate caseload with reasonable daily targets
- Provide training and coaching to team members (Senior OT positions)
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Package
- Base Salary: $85,000-$120,000 + Superannuation (experience-based)
- Monthly Performance Bonus
- Annual Travel Allowance: $8,000 (additional travel reimbursed)

Essential Criteria
- Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
- Minimum 1-2 years clinical experience (or motivated new graduates)
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Commitment to quality service delivery
