Our Client is a multidisciplinary paediatric therapeutic centre offering the highest quality care to families of neurodiverse children living with autism, developmental delays, speech and communication disorders, ADHD, and Fragile X
They offer a stepped-care approach in a range of 1:1 and community settings to support children and families on their early intervention and communication journey.

About the role

You will also provide your expertise and share your knowledge with the multidisciplinary team, building their insight into the discipline of communication and speech pathology.

You will have daily allocated non-face-to-face and administration time, and weekly allocated supervision, professional development, and multidisciplinary meetings.

 

About you

  • A Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology.
  • Current Speech Pathology Australia membership and eligible to apply for a Medicare Provider Number.
  • A desire to work with children and their families.
  • A strong interest in assessing and implementing AAC and speech/language programs for children.
  • Proficiency with a range of technology, including using databases, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the capacity to develop skills in telehealth applications.
  • A NSW Working With Children Check and National Police Check.
  • A current first aid certificate, including Asthma, Anaphylaxis, and CPR certification or be willing to obtain this.
