  • Provide individual and group occupational therapy services for children, adolescents, and young adults with various developmental and learning disabilities.
  • Design and deliver creative therapy sessions using the clinic’s multi-purpose spaces, ensuring they are both fun and challenging for our participants.
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of therapists, specialists, and families to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.

Their dedicated team is passionate, neurodiverse affirming, and consistently seeking to grow and improve using the latest available evidence-based technology and research   About the role You will also provide your expertise and share your knowledge with the multidisciplinary team, building their insight into the discipline of communication and speech pathology. You will have daily allocated non-face-to-face and administration time, and weekly allocated supervision, professional development, and multidisciplinary meetings.   About you
  • A Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology.
  • Current Speech Pathology Australia membership and eligible to apply for a Medicare Provider Number.
  • A desire to work with children and their families.
  • A strong interest in assessing and implementing AAC and speech/language programs for children.
  • Proficiency with a range of technology, including using databases, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the capacity to develop skills in telehealth applications.
  • A NSW Working With Children Check and National Police Check.

Position Overview

Location: Western Sydney (Parramatta, Castle Hill, Seven Hills & Penrith) Work Arrangement: Flexible - Full-time or Part-time (3-4 days) Office Options: Work from home or offices in Newington, Liverpool, or St Leonards

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver therapy and interventions for NDIS participants, with a focus on both psychosocial disabilities and physical conditions
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments including Home, ADL, and Functional Capacity evaluations
  • Manage assistive technology requirements and home modifications
  • Maintain detailed clinical documentation and reports
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team setting
  • Manage a moderate caseload with reasonable daily targets
  • Provide training and coaching to team members (Senior OT positions)

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Package

  • Base Salary: $85,000-$120,000 + Superannuation (experience-based)
  • Monthly Performance Bonus
